Cell Centre 1.0.7.2

Cell Centre 1.0.7.2 is a small patch for a few of game-breaking bugs introduced in 1.0.7:

• Fixed a bug where tissue cells and water filtration would appear without having their upgrades collected
• Fixed a bug where you could obtain tissue cells before getting the upgrade
• Fixed a bug where virus spawners would still contribute to your overall cell population

Along with this, some minor changes have been made to gameplay:

• The virus spawn times and amounts have been changed to make the game somewhat easier
